1. Agreement

By engaging ElectroSafe to carry out electrical work, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial electrical services provided by ElectroSafe.

2. Quotations

All quotes are fixed-price and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided and a visual inspection where conducted. If additional work is discovered during the job, we will inform you and provide a revised quote before proceeding.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments. For larger projects, a deposit of up to 25% may be required before work commences.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

All work carried out by ElectroSafe is covered by our workmanship guarantee. If any fault arises from work we have completed, we will return and rectify it at no additional charge. Manufacturer warranties on products and equipment are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.

5. Certification

All notifiable work is certified in compliance with the Building Regulations and BS 7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations). Certificates are issued electronically within 24 hours of job completion.

6. Access & Site Conditions

The client must provide safe and clear access to all areas where work is to be carried out. ElectroSafe is not liable for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe site conditions, or third-party interference.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee. Emergency call-outs are non-cancellable once an electrician has been dispatched.

8. Liability

ElectroSafe carries full public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing electrical faults, damage to concealed services not identified during survey, or consequential losses.

9. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us at info@electrosafe.london or call 07557 781201. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
